Bayern Munchen sidelined Bayer Leverkusen

German champion, Bayern Munchen sidelined Bayer Leverkusen by four goal to two today in the Bundesliga.

Lucas Alario and Florian Wirtz scored for Leverkusen whereas Kingsley Coman,
Leon Goretzka, Serge Gnabry and Robert Lewandoski scored for Bayern.

Leverkusen opened the scoring in the match. In the 10th minutes Lucas Alario scored a sweet goal to give the lead for the home side. But, Kingsley Coman levelled the match in the 27th minutes.

In the 42nd minutes Leon Goretzka scored and Bayern took the lead for the first time in the match. Quickly in the 45th minutes Serge Gnabry scored third of the day for Bayern.

Bayern dominated the second period of the match as well. Robert Lewandoski scored in the 66th minutes to assure Bayern’s win.

Florian Wirtz scored a consolation in the 89th minutes for the home side.

With this win Bayern Munchen are leading the league table with 70 points from 30 matches. Leverkusen are at the 5th with 56 points.
